• Place approximately ¼-½ cup of Therapeutic Soak into muslin bag or directly in bathtub.
• Run hot water until bath is full.
• Submerge your body in bath for 20 minutes or more.
• For added benefits, place an additional cup of Epsom Salt into bath.

• 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗮𝗸: use half the suggested amount for use in bath. Place Therapeutic Soak into muslin bag or directly into foot bath vessel. Place boiling hot water directly over Therapeutic Soak. Add cool water until temperature is to your liking. Submerge your feet into soak for 15-20 minutes or until you feel complete. For added benefits, place an additional ½ cup of Epsom Salt into vessel.
